Fall Registration Is Open!!!

South Parkland Flag Football registration is now OPEN for the fall season!

 

Age levels for the Fall will be:

6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, and 17u

 

Ages will be based on players age as of September 1st 2024.

 

Registration may be capped depending on the number of coaches we have. No experience necessary to coach. We are always looking for more coaches. The more head coaches we have, the smaller we can make the rosters.
Head coaches choose their practice days and times.

 

Games will be played on Saturdays with some Sundays and weeknights mixed in throughout the season.

 

Each player will receive a South Parkland Flag Football jersey and flags with their registration. Season will be 8 games followed by playoffs. Practices start in mid August.

 

We will be transitioning away from NFL Flag jerseys. By doing this we will be supporting a local jersey manufacturer who does our spirit wear gear and also does the SPYA baseball jerseys.

 

The change also allows us to add some new rules to create our own unique rulebook to make the game more fun for everyone and offer a better experience for our players. We will be adding “kickoffs”, more blitz options, and 3 point conversions among other new rules. This is still a 5v5 No contact flag football league and we are a separate program from the SPYA tackle football program.

 

Please make sure when registering to fill out all information correctly and accurately. Teamsnap tends to carry over old information from previous seasons so please make sure any requests, info, and birthdays are up to date. Team rosters will be built with the intention to create competitive balance across all age levels. Requests are not guaranteed.
