Recreation Division (U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, & U17)

  • The Rec division is equivalent to our previous seasons’ structure
  • Fun and competitive play for all levels of experience with NFL Flag football
  • The season begins with a scrimmage weekend
  • The season ends with Playoffs and a Championship game
  • Rosters will have 8-12 players per team
  • Head Coaches may request up to 5 players for their rosters
  • Coaches strive to allow fair playing time (approximately 50% per game) to each player on their roster
  • Coaches – Max of 3 per team
  • All practices held at Grange Park

Advanced Division (U8, U10, U12, and U14 only)

    • This division is for players who are familiar with NFL Flag football and ready for a fast-paced and competitive level of play
    • The season ends with Playoffs and a Championship game
    • Rosters may have 5-10 players per team
  • Head coaches may request up to all 10 players for their rosters
    • There is no guarantee that players will have equal playing time
    • If a player has not been pre-selected for a specific coach/roster prior to registering, they may still request to play in the Advanced Division. Depending on our registration numbers, advanced coaches can request evaluations (try-outs) to fill open roster spots. Evaluations would be held the first week of March.
    • If there are no remaining roster spots in the Adv division, players will be placed on a Rec team.
