- The season begins with a scrimmage weekend
- The season ends with Playoffs and a Championship game

- Coaches strive to allow fair playing time (approximately 50% per game) to each player on their roster
- Coaches – Max of 3 per team
- All practices held at Grange Park
Advanced Division (U8, U10, U12, and U14 only)
-
- This division is for players who are familiar with NFL Flag football and ready for a fast-paced and competitive level of play
- The season ends with Playoffs and a Championship game
- Rosters may have 5-10 players per team
- Head coaches may request up to all 10 players for their rosters
-
- There is no guarantee that players will have equal playing time
- If a player has not been pre-selected for a specific coach/roster prior to registering, they may still request to play in the Advanced Division. Depending on our registration numbers, advanced coaches can request evaluations (try-outs) to fill open roster spots. Evaluations would be held the first week of March.
